What the frack is up with Jenna-Louise Coleman? I mean, when we first saw her in Asylum of the Daleks, the rumors were that Oswin was Clara’s great granddaughter or something. And now they’re the same person, I can comprehend any science behind it, I’m just dumbfounded that Moffat did that. But as far as companions go, I haven’t really liked one since Martha and Clara seems pretty damn alright in my book. I’m really glad that they’re going with a companion that’s not just “Girl from modern UK” like EVERY companion since 9 has been. 

I AM LOVING THE NEW TARDIS! I’ts a nod to the classic series and I want more of those. It’s less “Tim Burton/Dr. Seuss/Steam punk” mess, and more of a modern carousel twist on the original consoles. And the Galafreyan text is not bad either. 

I really hope they don’t keep showing The Doctor moping over the Ponds anymore, I hope he got them out of his system. 

And my final note for the episode is that they shouldn’t have wasted Ian McKellen on just a voice, they should use him as Omega or Borusa.
