There are 696 episodes of classic Doctor Who (not including the TV movie), comprising 157 different stories.
And I’m going to watch them all by the 50th anniversary.
If they’re only bringing back the new Doctors (and I do love 10) then they might as well just call it the 8th anniversary special
^deserves to be remembered as the ORIGINAL Doctor
^had the BEST companions of any Doctor
^has aged very well, and did Time Crash so no excuse
^ ALL deserve recognition
^deserves second chance, let’s face it, the 8th movie was pretty sucky, but he was good as the Doctor
One of the things I don’t like about new Doctor Who is that so much of its writing is just to appease fangirls. Like what if they brought on Aaron Sorkin as a guest writer, how cool would that be?
But I still love New Who too

I just don’t think you can be a “True Whovian” unless you’ve actually seen at least SOME classic Doctor Who
and don’t be all like
“OMG it’s so old, ewww, I can’t watch this”
Because you’re missing out on MOST of the Doctor’s life
Don’t get me wrong, New Who kicks ass
But don’t call yourself a die hard fan and then dismiss 80% of the entire series.
Cause guess what? There were A LOT of girls before Rose
