^deserves to be remembered as the ORIGINAL Doctor
^had the BEST companions of any Doctor
^has aged very well, and did Time Crash so no excuse
^ ALL deserve recognition
^deserves second chance, let’s face it, the 8th movie was pretty sucky, but he was good as the Doctor

The “David Tennant/Matt Smith” transition is what I imagined nerds in the 80’s felt about the “Tom Baker/Peter Davison” transition. Doctor’s 10 & 11 emulate the characters portrayed by 4 & 5 respectively. I also find that Smith and Davison share a remarkable resemblance.
